Hi hoping if someone here can shed some light on my situation. My Canadian common Law partner is sponsoring me for PR. We originally send out our application in august 2018, Even though we had confirmed our new address with Immigrations months prior they send it back to my old address which unfortunately for me the old land lord had turned into an airbnb and it had been sitting there for months before I found out
they send it back for 2 reasons
1 apparently we send the wrong document for the assessment of my partners proof of income
2 they said I was missing a police check from my home country, even though on their site it specifically says that I am not to Include this as they need to send me a from I have to use to request it after applying.
now because of this I have lost my implied status and my right to work and I had to return as a Visitor.
We want to resubmit the application as soon as possible and where wondering if we are supposed to send back our original package including what they listed was missing. (include their letter stating what was missing or not?) or Do I have to redo everything as Ive noticed they have updated most forms in between Sept 2018 and Feb 2019.
