I need urgent help. Received this email today . Here it goes:
- Re-submit IMM5406 form as received incomplete for N.N
- IMM5669 received with missing personal history, please submit completed form
You must send all the requested documents and/or information by replying directly to this e-mail within 7 days from the date of this letter. Do not modify the subject line.
Please note there is a file size limit of 5MB per file. If your file is too big to upload, find out how to reduce the file size.

Now, how do I send those forms by replying directly to the email?
Maybe I’m asking stupid question but I don’t understand how . IRCC website says you can resubmit digital version in your portal but have to start new application or paper version. Download, print , fill , sign and send .
Is the second option correct?
