Hello Experts I need your help. I have 4 year of exp as a Restuarant Manager. Currently I m wrking in canada as a Food Service Supervisor which is not in federal occupation list. My question is ???

Can i get AEO from my current employer to pormote me as a manager and I apply under the category. Do my employer has to go for LMO or just a letter will work because i m working under the same employer name issued on my work permit.

Can i use my Restuarant Manager experience in those 50 occupations. Please advise???
 
soory, i dont have information. but have you found what should be IELTS reqirement for 0631 ( manager)???

No - you can't. Restaurant Managers aren't on the list of 50 occupations.

Hello,

In order to qualify as a Restaurant Manager without being on the occupation's list you need to have a permanent job offer of employment approved by HRSDC with an LMIA. As you are already in Canada and working in a skill B occupation and not as a Restaurant Manager, your employer will need to apply for a new LMIA , give you a promotion and get a work permit as a Restaurant Manager. if you get apporved for the work permit and you have the education,, clb levels, permanent job offer and all the other requirments under the Federal Skilled Worker Program you could qualify.
