1) Does Express Entry (CIC) accept distance education or private exams?

2) What if ECA is available and tutions were taken for the exams?

IQAS accepts few distance education courses. It depends on the University /College you were enrolled into.

Thank you. But my question is that once you receive the ECA then does it matter what mode did you take your actual degree through? Private exams with tuitions or regular student?

Once the evaluation agency determines your course is comparable to some level of study in Canada, it will not matter in which mode you have taken the course.
