Hi.. I need some urgent help.. my spouse is on closed work permit. I have open work permit.. elder kid has study permit and younger one has visitor record.. our visa expired in 26 AOR 2021. My husband’s company filed for permit extensions for all of us on mar 15,2021.. when we checked the status with ircc yesterday, they mentioned that they didn’t receive application for my younger son.. he is out of status and they asked to file an application to restore the status.. he has USA passport... I am worried if it is legal for him to stay here till the restore process is complete... our PR application is in process and if this will affect it? Also, please guide us how to apply it.. v have contacted the employer and they asked us to proceed by our own.. pls help
