Hello there. Currently, my study permit is expired. I applied for restoration of my PGWP. I was planning to leave canada and come back after my status get restored. Some guyz advised me not to leave canada until my status get restored. they might deny my work permit. Kindly suggest what to do?

ru restoring u study permit or PGWP? to apply for PGWP u need a valid study permit. So u first have to restore ur study permit then apply for PGWP. If u r restoring ur study permit it is not a good idea to leave canada before u get it restored or it is rejected.mnkhan1122 said:

yes, you shouldn't leave country unless a decision is made when you are on restoration. If you leave country, then you will have to apply from the country you will be in (your home country, if you are going there).
and your question ain't clear. are you restoring your study permit or work permit? or is the case that your study permit has expired, but you have finisehd study and applying fro PGWP. ?
Thank You Sabby. My study is finished. at the same time, my study permit expired. i couldn't get letter of completion from uni. so i have to apply for PGWP under restoration.
