Pleas help
I work in a restaurant as a cook I have applied in cec program in jan 2013 still waiting for Aor
The problem is that the restaurant that I worked in has been sold to another person , I want to know whether I should in form CIC about it.Companys name might be changed but still I don't know please help

This does not constitute a change of employers (if you are on a work permit, for example). Since you applied in CEC it won't impact your application, but you may wish to advise CIC if the name of your employer changes so when they choose to confirm your employment they can contact the right person.

If the person who wrote your letter of reference is moving on, it might not be a bad idea to update CIC with his/her new contact information... but wait until you get your AOR with your File Number...
