I got my new Indian passport, what should I do now to get counterfoil of lost Canadian visa. I am in Canada.

Hi i lost my old passpirt in india, and i had canadian trv stamp on it , now i have my new passport but I don’t know how to get new visa stamped on ut i have my work permit and all the documents needed i have also visited vfs global but no help please let me know how to proceed as my job is at stake
