Respected sir,
my senior pharmacist had applied under fsw in april 2010 but he didn"t recieve file no. or any other letter from cio office, sydeny, his consultant says that now processing time 8-12 months.Is it true ?

Sir,

The processing time is correct... nonetheless there could be many obstacles in between which might extend that timeframe - case to case basis.

However, that he hasn't received his AOR till now, is definitely disturbing. Most probably it has been lost-in-transit(!). As toenjoy advises - pls ask him to send a case-specific enquiry asap.
