Read the guidelines, it will explain what an eligibility period looks like and what is required from you.

Hi Jayson I think you didn't get my point
My question is, when I checked my physical present calculate my eligibility period starts from 0ctober 2013 but I was in Indian that time and I came to Canada in 2014 November. So I am wondering do I need to fill resident outside form for that one year.

Yes, please include that since it’s within your eligibility period.

Which section do I need to fill, section A/B we got married on 2014 June.
Were you or your spouse crown/government of Canada workers at the time you were outside of Canada for more than 183 days? If NOT, then simply indicate in the form "NOT APPLICABLE" and send it with your application.

tip: use the search in the forum to look for similar questions, this question particularly has been answers ad infinitum here. Use the form # to search, or the question #, or key words.
