Does anyone who had previously answered this questionnaire with the same situation like mine who is working here in Saudi Arabia and my Sponsor is living in Canada at present. I just want to ask about the proper answer to some of the questions in the questionnaire like:
Question # 8 Will you the applicant, cancel your Gulf Residence Visa?
I've been working here in Saudi Arabia in a contract basis since 2008. My work contract will expire this April, 2013. But I'm not yet sure when will I get my permanent residence in Canada beacause our application had just newly started. And I am sure I will sign for another 1 year contract next year which will end on April, 2012. Is it safer to answer "NO" in this question and I will put my reason stated like this: " As long as I am working here in Saudi Arabia, while waiting for the approval of my immigration application I will not cancel my Gulf Residence Visa. ?
