hi ,pls i need help ,i got my pr card 13 march 2004 and stayed till 18 Aug 2004 then come back to canada 19 Aug 2008 i applied for pr renewel 20 of July 2009 on the 9th of Aug 2010i recived a questionnaire for determination of permanent resident status(IMM5511),plus asked me to sent copies from passports and all document supporting my presence to canda ,i did not leave canada since 19 of AUG 2008 SO CAN ANY ONE INFORM ME WHATE WILL HAPPEN NEXT

You had already lost your PR due to residency requirements when you came back in 2008 as you were outside Canada for 4 years while the maximum is 3. When you applied to renew your PR in 2009, you brought it to their attention that you did not meet the residency requirements as you have applied in July 2009 with only one year spent inside Canada when you should have had at least 2.
If you had waited until August 2010 to apply for your PR card renewal, they would have had to renew it. Since you didn't, you gave them an open invitation to revoke your PR. Do you have any H&C reasons for being outside Canada so long? You could appeal on H&C grounds.
