How are you able to fulfill Residency Obligation for Canada PR? I am allowed to work remotely but my company is far from the US-Canada border. Do you have to be in the USA for at least 180 days out of 365 days for maintaining the h1b status? Also has anyone faced problem with H1b extension if moving to Canada but just crossing the border once monthly (my company is far from the border). Thank you in advance for your help.
