Are you planning on returning before your PR card expires?

How many days of residency in Canada do you have in the last five years?

In that case your only realistic option of returning to Canada will be to fly to the US and then re-enter Canada through a US/Canada land board using a private vehicle.

You won't be allow to board an airplane with an expired PR card. And you'll have problems getting a PRTD approved if you don't meet RO.

Thanx for the valuable suggestions what if i complete my 730 days and apply for PRC on urgent basis will there be any issue in that situation and if they don’t grant me PRC on time should i leave and can i get PRTD? From back home

How much time have you spent in Canada in the past 15 years? Have you worked in Canada during that time? Has your wife and children spent more time in Canada? You say you have 3 Canadian born children but aren’t currently meeting your RO so your level or establishment in Canada longterm is unclear.

This doesn’t seem to be an acute medical event. Do you want to return to your home country longterm to be with your mother. Would always suggest a bit of a buffer when it comes to RO but yes if you go over the 730 days you can submit your PR card renewal and return to your home country. If you have not received your PR card you can apply for a PRTD. You must continue to meet the 730 days out of 5 years while you are in your home country of you will not be awarded a new PR card of a PRTD. You could still attempt to get a PRTD based on H&C.

If you want to be sure to keep your PR would suggest delaying your travels. Remember that you are now on a rolling total for your RO so on an6 day yo7 need to meet the 730 days out of 5 years.
