I'm a mother of 16 years old daughter just accepted to high school in Victoria BC for 2 years until she graduates from high school. As a mother I would liketo move with her, rent a house and taking care of as a parent. In the meantime my husband will stay and will be working in Dubai we currently residing. What kind of visa do I need to apply so that I can rent a house and stay with her?
Ps: We all have temporary visit visa as turkish citizens (multi entry for 4 years.)
if you have any information, it will be very appreciated,
Cheers,
Didem

Unfortunately there's no visa that would allow you to move to Canada with your daughter to stay with her while she completes her studies. The most you can do is apply for a visitor visa which would allow you to visit Canada temporarily (but not live or move here).

If you are able to secure an approved visitor visa, how long you are allowed to visit Canada will be up to the CBSA officer you encounter when you arrive (the most you'll be given is six months - but you may only be allowed in for a shorter period of time if the CBSA officer has concerns you're going to try to use the TRV to live in Canada rather than just visit). Once you are in Canada, it's possible to apply for an extension to your visit but no guarantee that extension will be approved.

Overall, it's extremely unlikely you would be able to spend two years in Canada while your daughter completes her studies. You'll need to ensure she has a guardian here who she can live with instead.

Just to add - I assume you're aware that your daughter will need to obtain a study permit to study at the high school level in Canada (she cannot study on a TRV). For the study permit to be approved, she will need to have a guardian in Canada since you are not allowed to move here with her.
