Hey my country of origin is Pakistan and i have gathered all of my claim's documents for my asylem seeking case which country would be better for my family to get a resettlement chance to a third country ? Iran Or Azerbaijan? with my low sources these are the only countries i can possibly get in

Resettlement can be a very slow process. If you are one of the lucky few who gets offered resettlement it could take over 10 years. Choose a country based on where you will be able to work and live the most easily. Less than 1% of the world's refugees will get resettled. Since many countries are now struggling with refugees crossing their border by sea or land and the US is taking in much fewer refugees I would anticipate even less refugees will be offered resettlement through UNHCR.
So is the better option for us is to get in azerbaijan and apply there and forget about the resettlement thing ?? Or there is other possible options
Select a country based on the fact that you may have to stay longterm. Not sure how much of a presence, if any, UNHCR has in Azerbaijan. Also you'll need to research what kind of status you can get in a country like whether you can work, can your kids attend school, can you stay permanently. You can always indicate that you would like to be considered for resettlement but the odds are very small there are very few spots.
