Resending the PR application package

Hi All,

Can I send my PR application package again without waiting the first one to be returned as I know that would be returned due to some documents missing? Is this possible?? suggestions?

I have submitted my my application to Sydney Canada with full payment receipt on 20-07-2020 . Now I get message from bank is that my transactions is declined and whole ammount is refunded. I am very worried .how can I repay fees without uci number OR my nomination will expire on 19 December. Can I send parcels again with valid pay receipt...Please help me
