Resending returned application. Do we need to re generate the bar code?

My application (family of 4) was returned saying two IDs of children was not present.
Two IDs were indeed present. I will resubmit the application with additional ID (like health card may be)

I will have to re sign the application as its now more than 90 days old.

Question:
- Can I just print the last page and re sign OR do we need to fill and re- generate the bar code of the application form?
