I am PhD student, I gained "research assistant" experience during my Ph.D. Please guide me, can I use this experience for express entry points?

No, you can not show research assistantship as 'Work experience" in EE profile because your "Occupation" is still "Student" while you have some duties of a research assistant.
Moreover, CIC only accepts work experience that is taken on a full-time basis or long enough in part-time basis so that it consists equal working hours of a full-time employee.
