Research Assistant (NOC 4012) issue

I understand that I won't get any points for Canadian work experience.(In fact I will not be getting 35 points )

I have another concern. Under Skill transferability factors they offer some points if we have both Canadian work
experience and post-secondary degree.

Am I ineligible for that points as well ? ???

Just to be clear, I'm only replying this part of your post. And from CIC webpage: "Note: The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description."
