Rescheduling of citizenship test

Has anyone tried to reschedule their citizenship test for the past few months? I'm based in Vancouver.
This is my original dates:

Test Start Date: 2023-04-03 (yyyy/mm/dd) at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time
Test Start Date: 2023-04-23 (yyyy/mm/dd) at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time

I contacted IRCC.WestCitizenshipEApp-EappOUESTCitoyennete.IRCC@cic.gc.ca, the email provided from PDF, on Mar 31st. Still haven't heard from them ever since.
Sent another email on June 23rd and also no response.

Has anybody successfully rescheduled their tests?

why would you reschedule the test in first place? Was it an emergency? Why dont you call and check?

Was out of country and didn't have access to devices to take the test. Wanted to do it after I get back.
Calling which number? The general contact number of IRCC is impossible to call in. Plz let me know if you have any other contact method.

thats the only number to reach IRCC> You have to call early in morning when they open or keep on calling until you get through.
