Reschedule landing appointment

So I got my landing appointment in Vancouver but unfortunately I can’t make it on that day.

Does anyone have any experience rescheduling it? What’s the best way to contact them ? Email or call? Usually how long they actually contact back with a new appointment?

We emailed them to reschedule and they got back to us within a week.
