Rejection chances are very high. Better to apply for any european country. America and canada are neighbour countries. Wait for ban to be lifted.

No am from Nigeria.So to understand you very well since while applying for student visa to Canada I got banned for misinterpretation for 5 years I can't apply for a student visa to America until the banned is lifted?
