My aunt is sponsoring me, I am 22 years onld, single. and i really need help with the requirements.

do all of the documents need to be DFA authenticated, (with the red ribbon)? or just photocopy of it?
1. birth certificate
2. CENOMAR (certificate of no marriage)
3. baptismal certificate

and the PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP IN CANADA, says to include a photocopy of canadian passport and citizenship card of my sponsor. will simple photocopy suffice for this? or do i need her birth certificate also?

i am also not fluent in french. do i need to enroll for french lessons?

and i have not taken my IELTS yet, though it was not required to take the IELTS, but will i get credits if i take it and include the results in my application?

PLEASE help me. i am at lost and i really need guidance.

thank you very much!

I think you are too old to be sponsored by Aunt and for her to be even a sponsor, she must show that she has no other living relatives.

You can apply under the skill federal worker class if you are skilled. i think the minimum amount of points is 69 and there is an assessment test on the canadian website.

BTW you posted this thread twice. It iis not necessary to do this, people wil respond to your first thread in time. Dont clog the space!

thank you for the advice. do you think this application might be denied if i proceed with it? the kit sent to me by my aunt from the cic is still family sponsorship.

Yes - your application will be denied if your aunt doesn't qualify as a sponsor.

Unfortunately the family and skilled worker applications are not the same. For this reason you will need a different set of applications if you plan on applying as a skilled worker (i.e. you cannot use the family kit that your aunt has sent to you). See the following link for further information about the skilled worker application route:

That is bad news. She was denied, yes. But she was given to choice if she wants to proceed with the application. And she did. So she mailed me the kit to continue with the process. And with the kit was a letter that i should accomplish the forms and submit it within 6 months?

What are my chances to be approved here?

I don't think there's any chance you will be approved via family class. You need a sponsor to be approved via family class.

What forms did your aunt use, specifically? And what forms are you using? (The forms have a number on them, like IMM 1000.)
I ask because it does not sound like she used the normal family sponsorship forms.
Is she living in Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba and is sponsoring you through their Provincial Nominee Program? In which case she could sponsor you.
But if she has already been rejected as a sponsor, she should have checked off to not continue with the application, because there is no chance for you to be accepted if she was rejected as a sponsor. Either she is not eligible to sponsor you - and she isn't eligible through the federal family class, but is eligible through one of the provinces - in which case there is no point in you continuing with the application or applying again, or she is eligible but just did something wrong with this application, in which case trying again would be worthwhile. But it sounds like continuing now with the current application is useless since she had been rejected as a sponsor.

i am using the IMM3025 forms, as to what forms my aunt used, i dont know. she sent me a copy of the letter sent to her, it say "you do not meet the requirements for the immigration and legislation for the following reasons, see appendix A." She lives in Ontario.

if i still pass the requirements and get rejected, then in a few years maybe if i will apply as Skilled Worker, will my first rejection affect the second one?

Note Alberta has suspended it's family class PNP
