Requirements for maintaining PR ?

To maintain you have to reside in Canada for 2 out of 5 years.

Has this changed or is still same as above ?

This is correct. 2 years or 730 days in 5 years.

I landed on Monday and saw this explicitly mentioned in the letter that was given stating the other details/benefits.

I didnt receive anything. I just received a stamped COPR
