Requirements for hiring a temporary worker

Hello

My sister works in a US based IT company in India and she has an experience of over 3 years now.
And I am working in Toronto as a software developer as well. My manager agreed to sponsor my sister as a skilled worker and offer her a job in the same field that she is working in India.

I wanted to know that how my manager can file for her application and what are the fees/charges and time/duration for the process ?

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA as the first step.
