Requirements for Certification of Employment letter (FSW Cat 2133)

Now I am preparing the Employment letter from Employment Record for FSW application.
Could you all advise which information are mandatory input to be included (Such as Job Description, Salary, Responsibilities, Working Period, working hours per week)?
I could not able to manage to gather those inforation and advise where I can look for it.

you can use the job description and responsibilities from the following link which will be useful, in case if you didn't see this:

Yes, you will need to mention that you're a full time employee - of in case of part-time, you'll need to mention hours per week that you work and since how many years you've been working - based on which you'll get the points.

Does it mean I may need to add Job Description, Salary, Responsibilities, Working Period, working hours per week in my Employment Letter?
Does other info needed other than that?
