requirement to nominate niece from pak

Can anybody tell that what are requirements to sponsor niece from Pak. Her supporter in Manitoba, winnipeg? Plz help. I want to ready her papers

Sponsor is married woman and she has 2 sons who are Canadian citizen even married now. So she want to sponsor her niece. But she cannot sponsor her niece in provincial nominee due to lack of points. Her niece is 20 years old and done graduation. So except provincial nomination, we are working that any other category by which she can sponsor her.

The aunt can't sponsor her niece through the Family Class program since she is married and has sons. If she can't sponsor her niece through the Provincial program either - then no suitable program exists. The niece will have to qualify to immigrate to Canada on her own rather than being sponsored by her aunt.

Yup, I told an acquaintance this very same thing (concerning sponsoring a 20-something yr old niece) only yesterday. She (the niece) will have to go back to school (college) to get more points (or units).
