Hi I am going to apply visit visa to visit my friend in Alberta Canada. I need all the documents that need to apply paper based visa application from Islamabad. Complete suporting document with sample format is request from the seniors of this fourm.

It will be more helpful if we share here the letter for purpose of traveling, additional supporting letters which are helpful to ensure VO that the traveller will retrun or social/finacial ties explaining sample letter which had been successful applicant had submitted.
Yeah .. you can discuss here so that ucan build your case strong.. your purpose of visit is to meet a friend .. so here your travel history will be count .. as what countries you have been before and travelling to countries like UK, US Australia, Schengen and japan counts in travel history..

Brother I haven't visited the said countries you mentioned above But Dubai, Thailand and Saudi Arabia but here I need expert advise and the format of the additional documents which is helpful to satisfy VA that I am will came back to my home country, I need to ask that my wife and daughter having valid USA visit visa, can this make my application strong although I thinking to apply alone ,can I take my wife with me (she having valid USA Visit Visa and traveled once) and left the daughter here in Pakistan for ensure the family ties expect opinion requested.
Tell me one thing .. you need a compelling reason why you want to meet friend in canada and you havent travelled to other countries like UK, US etc
And your wife US visa and travelling have nothing to do in your case.. every applicant have to proof his own ties
Brother you need compelling reason to convince VO ..
As you said you can leave daugther and apply with your wife .. but we have seen here main applicant get refuasal and dependants get visa easily ..
My cousin got refusal for canada recently although e have pretty decent travelling for last 15 yrs and have visit schengen twice in last 3 yrs stil he was refused
Visiting friend plus tourism isnt enough to convince VO? and I hope most of the people apply on the same grounds but the thing I am search strong sample/formats of letter of interest of the sucessful applicants. How they able to convice the VO and got approved in attempt
