i am in india right now my wife in canada she got the SINP nomination for both of us now we are applying for pr application my questions are...
1) i was student in usa for 6 year and last 5 months before come back to india i was out of status. so in background declaration form what i have to write "student" or " out of status " also if i put out of status that affect my pr file or any bad impration on file ..
i never had any crime in usa or in india and i applied for FBI pcc from usa ..
