hi everyone
does any one know for the spousal sponsorship application(the outland application), in addition to the SPONSORSHIP FORMS AND IMMIGRATION FORMS, do we have to submit the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FORM too, or not?

the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FORM is in the part three of the application package.

You must submit all the forms that are required for your particular VO. If the supplementary form is a requirement on your document checklist for your country of origin, then yes, you must supply it.
