Your passport and the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) which you received from the visa office.
Keep your Canadian address, written on a piece of paper, if you have any with phone number. If you don't have any address, you can inform CIC later.

If there is any accompanying children, you should keep an immunization card (form) for handing over to the school. But the immigration officer will not need it.

If you have lot of personal items for settlement in the baggage (except your dress and essential items), list them on the B4 form. If any items are send by cargo shipment, you need the get the B4 form stamped while landing , to get customs duty exemption.

Skilled worker immigrant, need to show the funds as required by CIC. Cash, Demand draft or traveller's cheque.
