Can somebody tell me what is the require minimum score who took celpip test this 2014 to apply for CEC or provincial nominee program? Thank you

PNP:

As part of your application to the PNP, you must submit a language proficiency test result showing you have obtained a minimum score equal to or greater than a benchmark 4 under the Canadian Language Benchmark 2000 (CLB) in all four competencies: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

FSW:

Language ability

You must meet minimum language levels and include the results of a language test from an agency approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) when you apply that shows you meet the minimum language requirement of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7.
