Require a Solution to Get ECA

Hi,


I am a Bangladeshi Citizen and have completed my secondary and higher secondary school certification from Bangladesh.


After completing my Higher Secondary School Certificate, I got a scholarship for doing B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (4 years program) from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Pakistan.


Since my schooling and bachelor are from different countries & the rules, according to the WES website, for getting ECA for both the countries are different & currently I am living in Bangladesh and doing a job over here since last seven years, please provide me a solution for getting ECA.


I am in deep trouble because I have no relatives or close friends who are currently staying in Pakistan to help me out. Moreover, It is also quite impossible to visit Pakistan from Bangladesh for this purpose.


I have done the attestation on the back side of my original Bachelor Certificate and Transcript from Higher Education Commission, Pakistan at the time of my returning, back in 2009.


Please help me by providing me a lead after considering my circumstances.

First solution is to contact the University and ask them to assist you. I hope they will be able to help.

Otherwise you can Contact HEC and they may tell you the method to send and receive HEC attested Degrees in Sealed Envelope that is accepted by WES/Others.

I have heard from some of my friends back in Pakistan that HEC have significantly improved their services in the last few years. So there is no harm in contacting them.

I hope someone from Pakistan may help you.

Since your highest level of education is from Pakistan, then you should get an ECA as if you are from Pakistan. This means getting a sealed envelope from HEC Pakistan to send to WES.

There are a few agencies in Pakistan like "mamoo in Pakistan" who can help you

Is there any other assisting body (except WES) who can be able to assist my degree by only seeing an email from my University’s designated email address? Or any other assisting body whose formalities are less complex as compare with WES? I am asking this query because the formalities of WES seems a bit complex for Pakistani degree to me.
