Requesting guidance on Work History documents for PR Application after ITA

Hi Forum members,

I have 15 years of work experience and recently received ITA (met both FSW and PNP). My Work Experience is as follows -

• 1st Company - 5 Years
• Study Break - 1 Year
• 2nd Company - 1 year
• Current Company - 9 years

In the work history section of the Application, is it suffice to enter details of only 2nd and Current company (which is last 10 years) or do I need to enter information about the 1st company as well. One of the issue is getting a reference letter from the 1st company because none of the managers I reported to are with the company now and the HR is asking for a current Manager details to provide the reference/work experience letter.

Please advise.

You can list just the last 10 years (2nd and current company) in the work history section, as that's what's required. You can still include the 1st company in your personal history if needed, but it's not mandatory for the work history if it's outside the 10-year window.
