Requesting GCMS Notes

I was recently refused and i wanted to request the GCMS notes to see exactly where the problem as and how i can work on it for reapplying. Where is the best source (Website) to do this. I see a lot of websites charging all sorts of fees and i what to know which ones are legit. Please comment and share experiences

If you don't have any relative or friend in Canada then apply from http://www.caips.ca/ . It is a reliable source. And, if you know somebody in Canada who can apply on your behalf then apply from the official source here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp .

Thank you, My mother is in canada and can apply for me. Even thou i might end up sending in the application on her behalf

Yes, you can ask her to apply or simplest would be to request through caips.ca. They would take care of rest.
