Requesting For the Information regarding Candian imigration Under FederalSkilled

I Mr Avi, is planing to apply for Permanent Residence - Skilled Worker Category the (Noc Code is 0311) ,i have seen the site that provide the information , the site is very good and it provide me detail information, i still have some doubt , i will be thank full to you if u provide me the detail information like.....

I am on F1 status in America California since 2007 Jan , i completed my Masters in MBA in California, if i am planning to apply under Federal Skilled Worker then

I have to submit the application to Buffalo or I have to send application to CIC in Sydney for pre Approved then to Buffalo ,if i have to send an application to Sydney then what are the required Documents i have to send to sydney for pre approval

The next question is ,the Police Clarence Certificate ,since i am in United State from Jan 2006 to till date,then i have to submit the police Clarence from India ,my native Country or can i get Police Clarence Certificate from Indian Embassy if i get is that valid,( I already Submit the Finger Printing Report to FBI for Clarence ,) But i have a doubt that i have to get police Clarence Certificate from India or i can get the same from Indian Embassy.

The next Question is ,I am in United state since from 2006 Jan ,i came here for my Masters and i have written TOEFL,in that period, and i completed Masters, so is there still required that i have to write IELTS for the Canadian immigration under Federal Skilled Worker.

you send to forms, cheque, address labels and copy of biopage of passprot to sydney. after sydney approves,you send documents to buffalo.

Police clearance certificate, if issued by indian embassy is the same as the one that would be issued in india, either is ok.
you need police clearance from all countries that you have lived in for longer than 6 months after your 18th birthday.

Yes, you probably need ielts.

Thanks for Information,Well appreciated for the exact answer i will make an arrangement of Police clearance from Indian Consulate in Sanfrancisco, can u put your flames on that should i submit the police clearance from state too as of new rule Anyone who has lived in the US for more than 6 months as of the 19/02/09 requires both FBI and state criminal records checks. the site says

and i have to submit IELTS when i send application to Sydney or it is required when i send application to Buffalo.

FBI and the states too.

No need for IELTS to Sydney even though the application form says it because that instruction is for the visa office. the cic website has it that no documents to Sydney.

2 Self Addressed envelops i was confused it says 1 envelop i have to write Address in English and other in another language can u put some flames and give the detail description of documents that i have to send to Sydney, i am planing to send it ASAP..
