Requesting for medical again - imm1017e

Hello all,

My app was submitted on June 22nd and my medical were valid till September 9th.

3 days ago I moved to ip2, but they are also requesting I take another medical exam.

Before this it said medical exam passed. I now have 30 days to submit the new results.

Has anybody else experienced this?

The new medical exam validity will be marked as your Visa validity for first time landing.

So basically the visa duration will be as long as the medical exam is valid?
