requested document clarification

Hi,

I received a question from cic requesting some documents. I was hoping someone could help me clarify exactly what it is there asking for. any help would be appreciated.

question:
court judgment: Court judgment relating to the criminal conviction/charge please provide an official documentation showing the date of when you paid your fine for the offence.

Is it only the official receipt they are asking for with date the fine was paid for? or they also asking for the court dates etc.. like a subject of access request?
