I applied for canadian immmigration in the month of October 2003 and I received my file number in the month of January 2004. Recently I came to know that I received a letter on June 7th, 2008 from canadian high ommission to submit updated documents. But I didn't receive the letter. Now my consultant is saying that the 90 days limit is over. Now my question to you is, is there any possibility of the canadian high commission sending the requirement letter to me again. If so, what will be the approxiamate time limit. Kindly respond.

email fax mail CHC
in the mean time, get the letter from your consultant and collect everything really fast (like in a week if you can).
and send it to CHC regardless.

The one disadvantage of this is that you might end up spending money collecting your documents, all for nothing.
I dont even know if that would work.

On the other hand, if you qualify under the new rules, you could apply again.
