i just read at CIC "We will send you a request to pay this fee when we are ready to issue the permanent resident visa."

and i think to myself.. that was 5 months ago! and im still in process and losing my mind! its a disgrace! :(

And its all because RCMP slow "metabolizes" : :mad:

anyone here is in a similar situation?? am i the only one?

Since you were asked to attend an interview and also had a one year exclusion order from Canada, I think it's reasonable to expect that your application is not following the regular / normal process. My guess is that your application is being examined more closely due to the exclusion order and the reason why you were issued the exclusion order.

no its not. the officer at my interview said he is approving me and ask me to have my wife pay RPRF and to bring the fingerprints so they can pull out my RCMP checks. now i checked with them and with RCMP ever since and i know RCMP still dident even looked at my fingerprints this is why the hold up. but i dont know what to do about it
