I would appreciate if someone can review the below mentioned responsibilities in my reference letter for NOC 2174.
Please let me know if need to ask my employer to make any changes to it.
As per our record, his current role in the company is software developer and he works 40 hours per week. During his assignment in Canada he has been performing the following responsibilities:
-Gathering business requirements for migration and involved in analysis of existing legacy system.
-Discussions with Business Stake Holders and creation of High Level and Detailed business requirements.
-Scope and out scope definition for the project and design of complete end to end flow between the applications.
-Team mentoring and team management and project management and delivery tracking from all application owners.
-Analyzing complex functions, procedures, and problems to deliver creative, logical, and effective solutions using good design principles that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements
-Develop software solutions through supporting technical documents including interface and design specifications, coding, test plans, deployment, operation and support
-Conduct / participate in design and code reviews, identify potential problems and performance issues, provide feedback and corrections, evaluate code compliance to standards
-Troubleshooting and problem resolution.
-Delivery Planning, Test Planning and Co-ordination with QA Teams and UAT Test Planning and co-ordination with Business Stake Holders and getting their Sign-off . Implementation planning and Release Co-ordination
