Hi, I received same letter as OP, but it does not mention my dependents’ name or any other details but is sent to my name. I am already in Canada. Do my dependents will receive this request letter separately with their name on it? Because when uploading the document on VFS global for appointment booking, it asks to submit details e.g. name etc and asks if it matches with request letter which has only my name so don’t understand what do answer there. I have two dependents but received only one letter and it has my name on it as principal applicant. I am confused how to proceed. I already raised a webform about my current stay in Canada per the letter. Can someone guide?

I'm assuming you had already informed IRCC OR IRCC already knows that you are in Canada (assuming they processed you as in-land CEC). If not, then the issue is different. Also, have you already received a portal email before?

When I filled my application, my address was Inland, Spouse and dependents both are outland. I also informed IRCC after receiving request letter that I am in Canada as well as dependents overseas with their name, UCI and address. I haven’t received P1 yet.

That makes it clear, you won't get a separate PPR/Ready for Visa mail for each dependent - you'll get a single mail for all outland dependents.
