Request letter for PR - IELTS certificate

Hello,

I have applied for PR under CEC in the summer of 2022. I received this week a request letter asking me for my IELTS exam certificate. (medicals and background checks already passed in the process)
Did anyone receive this request before? Is it a usual request?

Probably you made a typo when entering your IELTS report number into the PR application form. IRCC used the report number to verify your declared score against british council records and that failed. They didn't want to refuse you for misrepresentation and initiated this ADR. It is always beneficial to send IRCC a scanned copy in this case.

I checked many times, before applying and even today when submitting the requested documents. It is the correct report number and scores.

Have you checked the expiry? Is it good? Sometimes it could be the case officer' s mistake in checking the details.
