I would like to request you to guide me in selecting the correct NOC for Canada PR EE process.
I am confused between NOC 2173 & 2174.
The responsibilities in my current position are;

Utilizes their knowledge of and experience with ETRM software solution and deployment architectures
Utilizes their deep understanding of OO design principles in creating custom software solutions or modifying package solutions
Translates the client’s business requirements into systems design
Challenges business design when appropriate
Resolves complex technical issues
Provides mentoring on best practices and processes
Balances the considerations of what it takes to deploy an application
Works with the client's IT organization to establish technology strategy at an application level
Leverages their knowledge of the stages of the One Team Approach
Establishes high, mid and micro level plans for the team. Sets technical direction and manages a team of up to 30 people
Independently leads the estimation effort for a project. Reviews other's estimates and point out holes
Identifies and manages risk on project
