Request for RCMP Fingerprint Criminal Record Check - from India

Dear All,

I got request for RCMP fingerprint criminal record check for my Canada PR application, I would like to know how to get this from outside canada, i.e. I am currently staying in Hyderabad, India.

If anyone knows this, please advice.

@Ravim, I have already submitted PCC for self and family along with application, even then I got RCMP fingerprint criminal record check. Is it a general mail or should I have to submit RCMP finger print check?

RCMP is different from indian PCC, they check this against interpol, FBI ,csec and other agencies.
most of the people applying for PR submit RCMP with their application other later on when CIC asks.

sometimes CIC ask for RCMP and sometime not.

There are various agencies in india who does RCMP fingerprinting. see my previous post.

Thanks mannte for the contact number, I did contact this agency. They provide in delhi and bangalore, I was wondering if any agency from hyderabad is provides this service, so that I need not travel. Otherwise, I will travel to bangalore. I contacted CHC in delhi as well and waiting for response.

get ur fingerpints done from r local police agency , and then fedex the ppare prints to below , they will get the ur rcmp done

My application is in process for permanent residence at CHC New Delhi, sponsored by wife. I have lived before in Canada for more than one year. I have done my finger prints once before at CHC ND at the time of my interview. But now i come to know that it is 22 weeks long process. I can't wait for that long. my wife is sick but CIC don't understand this. I want to know that do i can send my criminal record check application to RCMP again through worldwide finger print agency. And another thing is, please tell me about the officials or agency, in front of whom, i can get my finger print done and get his name and signature so that RCMP will accept it. Dear Guys..I am July,13 applicant, i am on BOWP, also got my single enty TRV, so i am going to india for 2 month vacation from february!
Is it ok to do RCMP PCC before they request? Can anyone suggest me, how to get? how long will it take? also cost?? So that, incase they asked me when i am in india, i can send them quickly..!

Depending on where you are living, go to the accredited fingerprint agencies near you who can do the digital, which is way faster than paper, it took me 3 days only to get clearance from RCMP. yes, you can do upfront, I did it and sent it last week before they requested it, but, when I got my GCMS notes yesterday, I noted it mentioned RCMP required anyway.

Thanks GHD123, Can you please tell me how long that RCMP PCC valid?

You are welcome. I believe all the PPC are valid for a year, but you must submit your PPC within 3 months from the date on your police cents. E.g. If the date on your police cert is 01/10, cic must receive it before 04/10. Hope this helps.
