Request for Medical means you will get the PR?

Hi All Experts and Old Timers

Does a request for Medical and background check mean that your chances of getting the PR are very good? That is, if your medical exam and background check are okay, you will get your PR?

Or do they still review and check your work experience and qualifications after receiving your medical/background check? And they may reject you after that?

Nothing can be said unless you get the passport stamped with the visa. They can always do re checks or verifications at any stage.

its true that nothing can be said about stamping of pp after meds. but once the meds are released all checks except security chks are pending. so you might relax a bit but not too much. only once stamped pp is in hand believe that its thro....there is a section on background chks posted by quorax read that you will understand the entire proces..
