I got my pre arrival letter on October 07, 2019 and when I check the status of my application online it shows “In Process” and I didn’t get yet my PPR.
Can you please guide me how long does it take to more time for passport request

There isn't a connection between the pre arrival services letter and passport request. I'm not sure of any timelines.

No one knows as khp said, there is no set timescale between one and the other. Could be weeks or many months yet.

Might change, might not change... don't rely on that. Now, it all depends on your background/security check. Patience is a virtue at this stage. Could be weeks or months.
