Hello i have a question.i am living in italy as a refugee.is there any possiblity to move from italy to canada.because in my country i have a problem.so i don't want to go back to my own country.and i don't have any residnce permit with me . . .

You can try to move to Canada, but not as a refugee.
If you want to immigrate to Canada, you'll need to apply through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.
