Request for expired passports

I am an applicant under the FSW class. As per CAIPS notes, my SELDEC is 1 and I will be receiving a request for expired passports, current passport, medical and RPRF.

I had two old passports but do not have the first expired one.

Why do they need the expired passports and what do I do, what do I tell them for the one I dont have?

Can you tell when you applied? Are you MI-1, MI-2 or MI-3 applicant? What is your visa office? Have you travelled to lots of countries before? Do you have any visas and entry / exit stamps on expired passports? did you mention about expired passports in your initial application. thanks

If you have visas on expired passports then you will need them for obtaining pcc from those countries.

That should not be a problem, an old passport can be lost, but if you have the last one and current one it is more than enough. Just an explanation that you have lost the first one should work.
By the way, on the basis of CAIPS notes how did you figure out that they are going to ask you for all expired passports? Was this written as a text?
Also, how do you read on CAIPS notes that they are about to send your medical request and RPRF.
I am about to receive my CAIPS/GCMS notes and your respnse will be of big help to me.

if u lost ur previous 1 or 2 passport just go to ur local police station and write a general diary with appox when and where have u lost it.. keep a copy of this G.D ..send it to ur VO with ur current passport, its all good. Thanks
